Every year my birthday comes along and I always want to celebrate with my friends but I never end up doing anything because trying to herd all my friends in one chat group is difficult enough. Then try planning something around everyone's schedules! Good luck. I wanted to get everyone together but the typical club scene is just not for me. I'm more of a game night kinda girl. So when Citadines invited us over for a staycation, it seemed like the perfect place to spend the night with my friends and have the pseudo comforts of home but with a better view and room service to boot!
When they found out it was my birthday, they showed me the loft suites on the top floor and the whole place was just perfect for us. It was big enough to fit everyone but cozy enough for us to be able to mingle as well.
I was so happy to be spending the night with my friends and with how comfortable Citadines made us feel.
Hotel staycations are really all about being comfortable away from home and Citadines'rooms (serviced apartments) really make you feel like you have your own apartment in Salcedo Village.
They even made sure to think of our every need before we could even think of it ourselves. Take for example this hand-drawn map of the area with all the hot spots to try out and on top of that, they even added little knick knacks from each place!
This came in very handy when it came time to decide where we'd be having dinner (and breakfast).
As if they didn't spoil us enough, every night we came home to these little notes and snacks that were just the right touch to end our days.
I'm secretly hoping I'll have a friend come visit Manila and stay for a month so that I can house them here and have more excuses to come back and lounge on this bed.
These guys obviously know how to make their guests feel at home and I just love that.
