Every summer brings a different story and this was mine...
Two weeks ago was my first time to experience the infamous 'LaBoracay' - our version of spring break. I've always heard the craziest stories about these parties on the island so I wanted to go see it for myself. True enough, the parties were crazy. I went to White House, Sunkissed, and Tides' foam party and saw the vast amounts of people gathered together to have a good time. Everyone was singing along and dancing to their favourite summer anthems and no one had a care in the world. Everyone was definitely living all out that weekend.
My version of living all out, though, is making funny memories with all my friends. LaBoracay was the perfect place to do this because everyone was already there. So that was one obstacle we had already conquered. Put us all together with some sea, sand, and sun and the laughter will just keep coming.
My favourite part was that we all ended up sleeping in one room (all 7 of us at one point) throughout our stay so it was like one big weekend slumber party where we all got together at the end of the night and exchanged stories of our adventures for the day.

We really are so blessed to have one of the world's most beautiful beaches in our country. Its' beauty makes the perfect backdrop for any summer getaway! Camille and I were so happy to find out that Smart had paraw bankas all over the island that we knew we just had to go explore the open waters. Check it out here. On top of that, we even got free tricycle rides all over the island and free jonah's shakes just by showing our smart phones! I mean, how cool was that?! Don't you just love getting freebies from a brand you patronise? It definitely added fun memories for my trip.
